My name is Alissa and I was born on November 30th, 1993. At the age of two, I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I have to check my blood sugar often and do insulin injections.
I am 13 years old and will be a Freshman in high school this year. I'm very excited. I was never really a shy kid, and I'm sure most people say this, but I've wanted to be an actress or model since I was a little girl. i don't have experience with either one, but I do watch TONS of movies!! I've always really loved Batman and I think the Dark Knight is the best movie ever made. I think it would be absolutely AMAZING to play a part in a Batman movie. I also watch shows like America's Next Top Model, but just because I watch TV doesn't mean I'm not active! I am going to be a cheerleader in high school and we have to work very hard. We do push ups, jumping jacks, and we do a lot of running, all along with our normal cheerleading stunting, jumps, tumbling, etc.
A lot of people say I'm funny, outgoing and crazy, and people have told me I should be in magazines, etc.
I'm not exactly full of myself...I personally don't think I'm attractive or anything.

I've always loved Batman and I always will!! The Joker is awesome in Dark Knight, along with Batman and the other characters.
I really like art, such as drawing and oil painting, along with many other forms of art. Most people say I'm extremely talented for my age, but I don't like to think of myself as really good.
I enjoy playing video games, especially Guitar Hero!!
I love photograpy. I carry a camera everywhere I go and take pictures of anything beautiful or strange or interesting.
I really like traveling places. My favorite places I've been so far are Florida and the Bahamas.

I want to be on a billboard in Chicago, whether it's an ad for a clothing brand or for a big movie.
I want to be in movies, maybe even star in some.
I want people to like me, and not think of me as a bad actor or model.
I want to be known throughout the country.
